About Us

The Etching Mesh Division of Eastmaster is specialized in making etching mesh and gratings on Stainless steel .
The etching products we produced include IC wire shelf, VFD grating, precision elements ,shrapnel, LCD and semiconductor light cover, compound metal plate circuits, filter screen, gratings, nameplate, gifts, etc.

The thickness of the metal we can do etching is 0.02——2.0mm,and the precision reaches ±0.005mm.
Minimum line width 0.03m,minimum hole diameter o.08mm,maximum size 500x500mm.

The material we can do etching:
-- Steel plate;
-- Aluminum plate;
-- Stainless steel plate;
-- Glass;
-- Copper/bronze, etc

The design file formats we can use: Autocad, Soliworks, Pro/E, pdf, Coreldraw etc.
